Categories requiring authorization
Our category authorization is a security mechanism to determine access type of product or user/client privileges related to our system who has agreed to our terms and conditions to list their products on our platform. This is the process of granting or denying access to some categories which are not allow on our platform.
All the products listed on our products categories are allow to be sell on our platform expect if is a new products which has no stand on our categories yet, with such product you will draw our attention by sending an email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us: +233 (0) 545803004/0507488940/0271128692, for review of such products before it can be added to our product categories, all this measures are put in place to ensure customers who visit our shopping site get the best of products from our shopping site.
All Products in our categories requiring permission can only be listed with specific permissions from Amkshoproom. Only sellers who have registered have the right to list their product in our categories. Amkshoproom limits access to some products in the various categories to ensure that sellers meet product quality standards and criteria, as well as any category-specific requirements. These standards allow consumers to be able to shop on Amkshoproom with confidence, in any category they choose to buy from.
On Amkshoproom, over 11 categories are open for sale. Products in these categories may be listed without specific Amkshoproom permission. Some categories only allow new products to be listed. In some categories, sellers are required to follow additional instructions where needed.
Sellers may be required to meet specific requirements in order to be able to list certain products. Sellers, both individuals and Branded stores, can offer products in these categories, unless otherwise specified.

Create your Seller account to start selling products on Amkshoproom. You will have access to the management interface called Seller dashboard for your business.

Download your stock of products
With Selling on Amkshoproom you can upload your inventory with ease. After registering to sell online, use the web interface or the Text files for a quick listing of your products.
Customers buy your products
Amkshoproom.com makes it easy to buy your products. With features like 1-Click Shopping and a trusted brand, we help customers make purchases quickly, easily and with peace of mind.
You deliver your products to customers
Amkshoproom notifies you by email or phone when an order has been placed. All you need to do is package and deliver your item to the customer (unless you are within Accra that Amkshoproom will deliver it to your customers).
Receive your payment
Payment due to you is deposited into your bank account with your details or payment is made to you through mobile money (MOMO) and you are notified by email or a phone call.
What will you need to complete your registration?
- Your full name
Please kindly use names on your business certificate or on your national identity card (ID) Card to avoid any future problems.
- Your phone number
You must provide a valid telephone number, preceded by your national code.
- Your email address
This is where Amkshoproom will notify you in case there is a sale on your product and send you a notification email.
- Details of your business
Company information: You must specify the type of activity, the legal form of your company, the date and the registration number.
Address: You must also indicate the official address location of your company or shop.
- Information on the contact person you have chosen to manage your Amkshoproom seller account if any.
The primary contact is the account holder or the person authorized to access the Amkshoproom payment account, who provides registration information on behalf of the account holder (the registered seller) and performs the transactions (payments and refunds). Actions taken by this contact are considered to be those of the account holder.

Identity: You can use a valid passport or identity card to provide the requested information.
- Information on the person receiving the service
We may need to ask branded store sellers to provide information on the beneficial owner. The beneficial owner is a natural person who owns or controls a company directly or indirectly by holding more than 20% to 25% of the shares or votes of this company, or any other natural person exercising a responsibility in the management of the company.
Here is the information to provide for beneficial owners
Identity: You can use a valid passport or identity card (ID) to provide the requested information.
Personal address: You must provide the personal address of the beneficial owner (s). In some cases, proof of address (energy bill or bank statement) may be required for this person.
What is the Manage Orders page?
The Manage Orders page provides a customizable overview of all your orders, across all sales channels. You can view all the orders in a particular date range or use the Find option to filter the orders by type. To view the page from your seller account dashboard, click Orders, then click Manage Orders.
Here is some additional information:
- For orders shipped / delivered by the seller, we provide you with a telephone number that allows you to contact the buyer during the entire distribution period. Once delivery is complete, this phone number will no longer be associated with the buyer. For more information, see the Prohibited actions and activities page .
- You must confirm the shipment / delivery of the order to Amkshoproom within 3 days of the date of shipment / delivery refusal to comply to these terms Amkshoproom will automatically cancel the order base upon it delay and you will not be paid, by us.
- When you confirm shipment / delivery of at least one item in an order, we charge the buyer for the entire delivery fee on the order. If the entire order is not confirmed, the status “Shipping is late” is displayed on the Manage Orders page and a warning message appears on the home page of your seller dashboard account. These warnings appear even if you have refunded the other items in the order.
